November 29 The difference between an "educated" and an "intellectual"You can make an "educated" guess, but you don't say you made an "intelligent" or "intellectual" guess.
Intellectuals are noisier, though Mr Tao doesn't claim himself to be one, perhaps he doesn't dar, I'd like
to say he is. Me, I consider myself just another blabber mouth. Mr Tao is indeed an intellectual because
he feels qualified to comment that there are no intellectuals locally. Perhaps, there actually are, but they
just don't dare or simply feel modest enough not even to mention the word "intellectual". You see, us people
have a famous history of persecuting the intellectuals... .
